Hi…i cant submit a screenshot as i am unable to save anything to my desktop because i dont have one plus i cant log onto this community on my phone even though i can log onto AVG, password not recognised! …i really need support to get this rectified. Re you question why i thionk it is AVG as to why i am having this issue…the last thing i did yesteday was download the free antivirus…when i logged on this morning…nothing…just an error message stating that 'AN UNAUTHORISED CHANGE WA MADE TO WINDOWS' … i need to get my desktop back! PLUS i keep getting a small box on my screen re AVG deals…! PLEASE HELP…

HELP…Yesterday i downloaded AVG antivirus and this morning when i turned on my laptop i have messages saying widows is no longer working and all of my desktop has gone…i'm left with just a black screen…no icons, nothing! Im trying to work from home and this is a total nightmare…please can someone tell me how to get things back to how they were!
