Desktop won't open after login

Hi Peter,
In order to analyze it please provide us with diagnostic output (run it after inducing described behavior) using this tool and please add detailed description of issue.

When I login the windows desktop will not open. After considerable searching it turns out if you stop file wscript.exe*32 from processing then it opens no problem. I'm told it is a malware virus but I've run AVG and Microsoft but it lists nothing. Any ideas as how I can overcome this problem?
