AVG program allows you to generate reports for the desired scans. You can check whether this option is enabled on your program by :
Opening AVG - Menu - Settings - Basic protection - Scan - Under the desired scan, scroll down to find whether the option is enabled & if it is enabled, the path where the reports will be stored is displayed.
After running the respective scan, you can navigate to that path on your computer to get the detailed report.
