Details of my Internet security plan have disappeared from my sceen. WHY?

The change of your ISP shouldn't have any effect with the details appearing on your AVG MyAccount.
Did you try logging into AVG MyAccount from another browser and checked the status?
We have sent an email for you to provide the screenshot of your AVG MyAccount page.
Once the screenshot is received, we will assist further on this matter.

I have  upgraded my talktalk broadband on the 11 July 2019.to fibre broadband. However, since the change the AVG  Internet security details of my plan have disappear from my screen, payment of the cover has been made until 8 March 2020. i am still covered ?
