I understand the inconvenience. I see that you don't have any AVG products under the email address from which you have contacted us. I have sent you an email, please provide the Order ID and your registered email address to locate the details and assist with the installation.
I can not get AVG to download to the two additional computers. I have called customer service and not been given download walk through for my purchase.
