We'd be glad to look into this.
On which device do you see this message and when exactly do you receive it?
Which AVG product is installed on that particular device?

Hello,

What does it mean the notification "Device Has been Reinstalled  FYI: The device has been reinstalled by user on Device. no other action is needed" 
This message is under Polices, and apears as notification for the devices that the policy is applied to.
I get this message in devices that are already running the AVG client since months.
