Device lock due to SIM change

Have a look @ this article (http://avgclick.me/LockedPhone). Otherwise, Please click on the following link (http://avgclick.me/AVGtechnical) and fill out your details, select as Android then the name of AVG Program that you installed in your mobile and in description please completely explain about your issue and finally click on Email option. The AVG mobile team will reply back to you via email with a resolution.

Hi I have contacted avg online already yesterday morning but got no reply. And need the done urgently.
I had to send my phone off for repair as It waSn't turning on.

I have put my sim card in my new phone but it comes up with this device was locked due to SIM change. I have entered the only password I set up but it does not work.

I nneed my phone asap. Is there a phone number I can call as the one that was previously on here does not work
