Please click on the following link (http://avgclick.me/AVGtechnical) and fill out your details, select as Android then the name of AVG Program that you installed in your mobile and in description please completely explain about your issue and finally click on Email option. Also when filling out your details choose Yes for the Question "Are you currently using any paid/trial AVG products?" and click on Email option. The AVG mobile team will reply back to you via email with a resolution.

My device suddenly locked. It gives me nothing but the lock screen and asking for the pin. I forgot the security pin. When I press on the forgot pin button, it tells me that I have to check the internet connection. I can't turn my internet connection on as the device is totally locked and doesn't show any screen other than the lock screen even when I removed the battery and restarted the device. I checked my anti theft and AVG registration emails to look for a pin and failed. Tried to unlock the device from the website avgmobilation.com and failed as the device is offline and I can't turn neither the WiFi nor the data network on.
I need to receive an email with the pin. How can I do that???
