Our license server has a new feature - LUMP (License Usage Monitoring Platform). LUMP counts all activation attempts in the last 30 days. If you reinstall (or) reactivate subscription on same device, the count will get automatically increased. However, the count will get reduced automatically after 30 days. Because, the LUMP counter resets automatically after 30 days.
Could you please let us know whether have you reinstalled AVG program? We look forward for your response.
I purchased my AVG through a computer repair company after repair was done. I noticed in my account it states there are 12 devices using my subscription. I only have one PC using it to my knowledge. Does anyone know why this would state other devices are using it and how do I remove those devices. Thanks
