I had Remote Support yesterday again.  They manage to get the Progress Bar working during the Remote session but for some reason the day after it stops working again, staying at 0% during a Scheduled Scan.  He said if it happens again to send a Screenshot.  Do i always need to post here before contacting Remote Support?

Please would you confirm via this Community whether or not you have received the data for analyse. I sent it about 15 mins ago.?
