Did AVG install this .exe file or is this a virus?

I came across it in the task manager running 4 instances in the details section. AVG shows it as not a virus as it is installed in the AVG program folder. I'm asuing it's part of AVG but I haven't read anything that supports that. Googling it online shows that it also comes with other software programs. I'd like to kow what it is exactly and what it's used for. Thanks

I have this too on my laptop. Did you find out if it is supposed to be there?
