Did avg tuneup now email will not open

Hi Tracy.
We regret any inconvenience caused.
To narrow down the issue to AVG, please undo the changes made to your PC by AVG TuneUp and verify the issues.
The Rescue Center allows you to undo certain changes made by AVG TuneUp. To access the Rescue Center, click the undo icon on the right side of the AVG TuneUp interface. You can view a list of actions and click Undo next to any action you want to reverse.

I am new to AVG. Installed the Antivirus and the AVG Tune up. Last night I addressed all of the issues that were flagged in the Tuneup and then restarted my computer. 
Computer is running very slow and I can not open my Outlook email at all.

Any ideas?
