Did not authorize AVG plan!

I'm unable to find any recent charge taken by AVG from your account.

I have sent you an email, please reply to that email with the requested information.

I am being charged $88.79  for AVG plan on my credit card that I did not authorize.   I was chatting with some on and we were dis–connected .   I did give them my card info / the pc was saying I must do that but would not have to authorize if I changed my mind on the end of checking this out !!!

Now I can-not access any one / how do I get this resolved.
