Did not get service that I paid for

On Feb 2, I paid $31.67 to solve my problems. I have received on my e-mail that the transaction went thru and I also have a record on my bank statement that the money was taken out. BUT…If I use the same AVG icon, when it says it will solve my problem, it shows that I have to pay what I already paid for again. Can someone help me with this problem?
