Did not purchase app

Hi there,

my Telco sent me an sms informing me that I had purchased AntiVirus PRO ( ***33% OFF *** Black Friday Sale ) from Google Play AVG eCommerce CY Limited. I already have the app but did not purchase the app recently.  I was billed $10.55. When I logged onto my account, I was 'told' that I had no subscription and no order history. Kindly advise what is going on? I could not cancel the automatic renewal because I 'had no orders' with AVG.
