I am sorry to know that you couldn't view your AVG subscription in AVG my account. As per your request, I have cancelled the auto renewal for your AVG Internet Security (1 computer) license successfully.
You won't be charged for the renewal automatically but you will be receiving the renewal notices through email to renew the product that you can ignore.

I too don't wish to renew my AVG product.
I received an email stating:
"To ensure you stay protected your subscription to AVG Internet Security will continue – you don’t need to do anything. Your next subscription period starts on September 14, 2017 and fifteen days before this date, we’ll charge your original payment method 46.99 GBP."
I confirm that I do NOT wish to continue my subscription.
I can't see any reference to a subscription in My AVG Account, so couldn't cancel it myself, but if this payment *is* due to be taken, please cancel it now.

I apologize for the inconvenience. I have disabled Auto-Renewal, once the subscription expires you will no longer billed automatically. I have also sent the confirmation email to the registered email address.
Please cancel my automatic renewal for any AVG products. I attempted to do this myself several times but no subscriptions ever showed up on my account page for AVG Internet Security - Ultimate. I was then charged $69.99 today. I've submitted a refund request because I do not have this money and am using other products. Please cease any automatic renewals for my account. Again, I would do this myself but AVG made it impossible because no subscriptions ever appeared despite logging in at home on two different computers and at work on a different browser.
