Difference of date

I canceled my extension of the AVG ULTMATE subscription on 19.03 due to the high increased prices. However, there would only be a money withdrawal on 29.04. In the meantime, I notice that AVG ULTIMATE has already stopped working with regard to avd AVG VPN and AVG ANTI-TRACK … I thought that was NOT the intention. Therefore, whether that early suspension of operation before due date for the amount paid will be refunded for the lost period?

So I am being denied a monthly subscription which was not intended anyway. I was of the opinion that the subscription was not automatically renewed at the expiration date of April 29, but that the operation would not be stopped immediately for the time being.
So more than 1 month of the paid part will be taken from me; this should therefore be refunded.
You can put the difference back on my cedit card.
