It looks like I fell for the automatic renewal. I was charged $14.99 for the annual with automatic renewal. I later saw Play Store for $11.99 annual. While looking for my renewal numbers I saw on my laptop 3 years for $16.98. In all fairness it's only been 1 day but the only contact I've had was an email saying they could not find anything regarding my renewal. Google Payments has already paid the $14.99–they were able to do that but cannot help by at least telling me they are looking into it.
