Different subscription end-dates

I have the following subscriptions which ends at different dates
 Internet security   may 6 2022
Tune up july 25  2022
Secure VPN  june 16  2022
Antitrack  september 1  2023
I want Internet ultimate which includes Internet security, Tune up and  SEcure VPN
Is it possible to have that with the same ending dates?  what will it cost?
I will have it  for two PC
