Zen is the interface for our newly launched Multidevice program.
Upon checking your record you haven't purchased the subscription for Multidevice program, you have only purchased the license for AVG Anti-Virus (1 computer) and it expires on 3rd February 2017.
You have accidentally installed Zen program.
To remove it, we request you to run our AVG remover tool once.
1) To download our AVG remover tool, please click on this link: http://af-download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_Remover.exe
2) Run the downloaded file and follow the onscreen instructions.
NOTE: Once the remover tool done with the progress please go to C:\ drive and delete the "AVG remover" folder.

Hello to all. I have had AVG for three years . Paid for the last two (2015/16). I received my License number in February, followed directions to install AVG anti-virus on my Laptop . Installation fails after several attempts. …This new 'Zen' thing AVG have come up with is annoying and cumbersome . I may now cancel subscrition if this silly new concept of 'Zen' is part of AVG anti virus . first , can anyone help with BASIC installation with a paid version. My laptop is very basic, no games , etc …I just use it for email and facebook and nothing else other than browsing .
