I'm concerned about security on my laptop, as my Avira hasn't updated for some time now, and manually downloaded updates fail. I run ZoneAlarm firewall which appears to be fine.
Therefore I'm trying to switch back to AVG but keep getting 'AVG error 0xe0060007' about failing to connect with the internet. I have, of course, been consistently connected throughout several installation attempts, alternately by wi-fi and ethernet.
Though AVG wasn't already listed in my current build, I've followed the advice from the forum here and run AVG uninstall and AVG Reset Access, to no avail. Any ideas?
