I use AVG products for many years and have been paying with credit card in each maturity. Now one of the products is about to reach maturity and AVG emailed me asking toconfirming or updating the way to pay. I tried already 4/5 times changing the credit card to be debited but in all attempts the following morning I received a new email asking again the same thing, because they tried to charge my credit card but the attempt failed. I talked then to my credit cards advisors who answered that the problem is that AVG is trying to charge in other currency than REAL, the Brazilian currency despite the charging was inciated in Brasil, my country. After many years it's the first time that it occurs. Considering that it's absolutely impossible reach a person, any person from AVG that have a human brain and not artificial inteligence, which that usually solve only absolutely easy problems, the only one solution for me is to come here to ask how could be possible sensitize AVG to charge my credit card in REAIS and not in another currency, exactly as they announce in Brazil ?
