Hi, 

I'm using AVG on a mobile that keeps getting attacked by two apps that can only be found when you go into the phone settings and check the list of apps there. 

This space background just appeared with a cartoon alien at the bottom, which you can swipe away BUT if you press on the alien it loads up adverts. And adverts pop up on and over everything on the phone. 

I've used both AVG and AVAST which both find it, remove it, only for it to download by itself hours later. It's incredibly frustrating and I can only find this page (in Spanish) which actually talks about it as I've not found it anywhere else.

Why doesn't the app block the apps from redownloading? The only uses the phone gets is being a phone and scrolling through Facebook. 

The phone itself is ALBA 6, ANDROID VERSION 7.0

Any help would be massively appreciated and to spread the word could help others in this predicament.
