Digital certificate

Hi David Cockroft,
Was this issue ever solved?  I have exactly the same problem here in Spain.  Chrome does not find the certificate.  I have managed to get round the issue by sending the "correctly installed" certificate to my mobile and I can use it on there, but the problem on the computer remains.
Thanks for any info you may have.

Hi Midhun,
Sorry for the delay in responding.
I already unstalled AVG VPN because it didn't do what I wanted.
I have also done everything,as far as I understand, reccommended by the article you directed me to but nothing worked.
I have had my certificates for sometime but the system suddenly wasnt able to recognise them so I wnt to the trouble of getting and installing fresh ones but they didn't work either.
Then, for no apparent reason they started working, along with the 'Autofirma'  programme that allowed me to sign documents digitally.
Again, for no apparent reason, it all stopped working again. which is when I first contacted you.
It would appear that some sort of update is causing the issue.
Or maybe AVG Tuneup?
I look forward to your response.
Kind regards
David

Hi, I live in Spain and have installed a digital signature for use with government and national health dealings.
Even though my certificate is plainly visible when I search for it, when I try to use it on these sites I get various error messages effectively blocking access.
this has only been happening since I upgraded to 'Pro'. Is this a coincidence or could AVG be the cause.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
David
