The money was deducted from my account for the renewal. More than what the renewal states to charge and my subscription still expired. I have tried everything including chat with AVG!! When you go to refund it wants to chat with a "live person" but no one comes on to chat or nothing happens. Renew, refund or do something. I dont have the time or patience to stay on hold for ever for the companies renewal issues…
