You have been charged GBP49.99 for the renewal of AVG Secure VPN - Windows PCs and GBP44.99 for the renewal of AVG TuneUp - Unlimited Devices (1 Year) on 26th March 2019.
This was happened due to the auto renewal service enabled for their first purchase (10th April 2018).
An email notification was sent prior to let you know about this process and the charge that is going to be taken.
We have initiated the refund for these charges and an email has been sent explaining its status.

I am going to approach my Bank for help. Hope you will return it.
