My AVG screens showed I needed an AVG Antivirus upgrade.
I followed screens, and bought and paid ZAR519.00 from Digital River Ireland.
The activate screen didn't come up, even after re-booting.
I checked my AVG account and found my existing 1-year sub. expires Jan. 2018.
Why was I requested to renew now? And how can I get my R519.00 refund?
