Hi:
I got an offer to renew my Ultimate subscription early at a discount. I made a 75 euros payment to Digital River Ireland (thru Paypal) and it was refunded the next day.
Was this a legitimate offer or was I scammed? If its a scam do I need to do anything?
And if its legit, why was it refunded?
Any ideas or advice?

I can see the order (placed on 6/11/18 for AVG Ultimate), however I'm not sure how it got refunded. I have escalated your case to our senior team, we will contact you as soon as we receive an update.
