We can assure you that we have not processed any unauthorized payments from the card or account.

Information about the  subscription, including instructions on how to unsubscribe from future renewals, are included in all order confirmation emails. We also send a notice by email before the charge takes place (except for monthly subscriptions). When the subscription is extended, we send an additional order confirmation email.This also contained information on how to unsubscribe.

my subscription NOW CANCELLED was not due until the 20th May but you seem to have taken the money out on the 27th March without any email advising me (in neither my normal mainbox or Spam). you should be ashamed of these practices and refund my money and all the other people here who you have robbed.

I wonder if Digital River Ireland is a scam or just the shameful and dishonest behaviour of a company i.e. AVG that seeks to rip customers off by inflating changes, sending emails about payments out a month early hoping people will not spot them as they end up in Spam. It would be good to know
