Unfortunately we are unable to help you with this matter. We recommend that you contact PayPal directly to resolve it. Even our refund team informed you this in their email reply. It was not a confirmation that the refund was processed. Appreciate your understanding.

I'm not very impressed with your AVG, You agreed to a refund to money taken out of my account through Digital River Irl (for a product I'm not even using) but as of nearly 2 weeks No refund received. Is this a scam? Has anyone else ever gotten their money back?

PayPal have closed dispute as they see this as having nothing to do with them and refer me back to you. I see from others that have raised this kind of dispute with you that they never receive a refund. You blame another party & I have to keep going between you both, one blaming the other with no resolution. Obviously this is how you do business, no exactly good practise.

Deborah, I have sent an email requesting a written statement from PayPal saying that they have lifted the dispute for this order. Please share it in a reply to my email to assist you further.
