If you have paid the amount from your end, please provide us with a copy of the receipt or your bank statement showing the debit as a proof of payment. I have sent you an email so that you can attach the proof of payment in a reply to that email. Check your inbox and spam box as well.

the 02/02/18 I´ve received a mail offering me to renovate my subscription to AVG security by the company Digital River Ireland, I´m a customer in México. They offered me to do the payment in an Oxxo store, I did and they were supposed to send me my confirmation number. Is this company real or I´ve been victim of a fake? Who may I contact for solving this issue? Thanks.
