Digital River Payment

After being billed twice for anti virus protection I have come to the conclusion that Digital River seem to be a separate entity as contacting them via e mail or phone does not work as the transaction has not occurred according their records and the phone number belongs to another business next to digital river shown on the internet.Is AVG aware of what is going on as this could affect their business and standing as one of the best providers in anti virus software. According to my bank not only have they taken an extra payment, digital river intend to repeat this transaction every month to which I have block.
I intend to cancel my subscriptions.
