Astonishingly, Bala, you seem unfamiliar with AVG's product. It incorporates its own browser to collect and submit payments to AVG's processor, Digital River, from within the program. That's entirely independent of any browser or other software we have installed locally on our machines.
If there were a way to copy the form address from the illegible popup window into an actual, secure browser we'd have done so.
I tried my maximum number of times - between 8 and 10 - to buy AVG Internet Security. If the only way to do so is by way of the Digital River popup minibrowser which appears to require special fonts and button graphics to be downloaded through my firewall, then I guess not.
And whoever had the idea to require solving more than 30 captchas in order to post a question or report a problem, please make sure they know that they are the reason I will ask everyone in the company to put some other AV on their personal machines.

Dave, sorry if my reply sounded to you as I weren't aware of my product.
It looked like there is some issue in loading the page of Digital River site to proceed with our product's purchase.
Hence, I suggested you to try the site from a different browser.
From your recent reply, it looks like you are referring to the in-app form that you received to enter the details for purchasing the subscription.
Do you mean to say that the purchase site was redirected automatically to AVG Secure browser?
Hello Dave,
We request you to try the purchase from a different browser and check the status.
It shouldn't ask for multiple captcha to post on AVG community.
Please try it from another browser and when you have verified few images, click on "verify" and see whether you are able to proceed.
Keep us posted.
Dave, I am trying to get a clarity with the concern regarding AVG payment gateway.
Could you be specific, so that I will be able to assist you in an efficient way?
