We'd be glad to help.
It looks like you have the older version of AVG Internet Security installed on your PC.
Please uninstall it to install and activate the latest version. I have sent an email containing instructions to do this.
Check your inbox and spam box as well.

Digital River sent me an email after automatically renewing my annual subscription for:

AVG Internet Security (Multi-Device)
1-year subscription, 10 devices, billed annually
The license number included in the email is 18 characters
Not the 26 character format that the AVG app wants when I try to "Reactivate" my License for AVG Internet Security.

Help please.
