I spoke with Layla with AVG to cancel subscription and get a refund of the auto renewal that just happened on Jan 22, 2022 which would be affective beginning Feb 9, 2022.  CONFIRMATION #14951557.  I was told I would receive full refund of 119.99.  It has been a month and I have not received my refund.  This is unacceptable.  Please advise!  I did receive a confirmation email to chacherie@cox.net with the confirmation number attached and per email I'm to get full refund as your 30 day money back guarantee!!   I have NOT!!
