Dear AVG,
I am writing this on behalf of my disabled father. He bought your products a year ago since then he has been double charged for your ineffective technology for £59.99 and £49.99 on the 20th and 22nd March. These payments are wholly unjust and unfair.
With the number of complaints about the £49.99 charge on this page to me, it is clear that you need to change your business practices as you are impacting so many people with this unjust charge.
We have attempted to call your organisation multiple times but we were repeatedly hung up on by your customer service staff when pursuing this matter.
Due to this, we would like to cancel all of his subscriptions with AVG, uninstall all AVGsoftwear from his computer and receive a refund for this technology.
