"Disable function" disabled?

Found the problem. Was an AVG update fault.
One of last weeks auto updates did not load or it uninstalled "WEB protection".
Fixed that via download and not I can temp-disable it.
- Looks like another BUG needs fixing.

AVG Free. Is the "Disable function" disabled in AVG?
This started a few days ago, unknown exactly when. I need it disabled sometimes for Install/UnInstall program reasons.
BTW: I'm NOT about to UnInstall AVG everytime I need to install/UnInstall software or safe program updates.

Sorry to know that the disable function of AVG doesn't work.
Does it display that your AVG program is temporarily disabled ?
We also request you to try repair installation of AVG once by following the instructions mentioned in this link: http://avgread.me/1BVxDSY and try disabling AVG and do let us know the status of it.

That article is for those who don't know how to Temp Disable AVG, to which I already know how.
My question is still "AVG Free. Is the "Disable function" disabled in AVG?"
Meaning it does not work anymore, none of the 4 choices work.
