EXACTLY WHAT PROGRAM FUNCTIONS OR FEATURES DOES THIS ADD THAT ARE CRITICAL AND CANNOT BE REMOVED?
I went round and round and round and round on another thread, let's not retread that ground.
Simple Question: Can. The. AVG Add-in in Outlook for Windows be Disabled without eliminating critical aspects of e-mail scanning that are necessary to protect the computer, the only reason the program is installed in the first place?
If all the add-in does is include the signature on e-mails sent, maybe it can be disabled.
I am having extreme problems with Hotmail accounts prompting for password over and over, suggestion to solve problem is to remove add-ins. Will try this as a test if can be done.
