You can do something… you can uninstall AVG man… I have gotten the last 'CAMPAIGN' pop-up I going to put up with from this darn thing… so UNTIL they LOSE THE Garbage I am no longer recommending AVG and removing it from all my systems… HELL … even buying the program does not get it to stop… I know I am not the only one who is ticked off about this NEW AVG

Can anything be done to ACTUALLY disable to spam pop-ups or is the "disable system tray notifications" simply non-effective?
It is a minor annoyance… the world won't end… but I should be able to disable annoying popups from a product designed to stop OTHER annoying programs from installing and running.

Then fucking make it so we can disable campaigns. It is insane that we cannot install a piece of software, that is supposed to rid us of annoyances, without it being an annoyance itself. Your AGV crap is no better than the things it is supposed to help us get rid of.
