Disabled program doesn't restart when progam is accessed

Hello Peter,
I understand how something like this can really try your patience.
To enable your Bonjour from the start up please follow the steps :
- Open AVG PC TuneUp
- Choose "Optimize" in the interface.
- Choose "Disable Startup programs" and enable the Bonjour program from the start up.
- Save the changes.

iTunes uses a program called Bonjour for mobile devices. If the program is marked disabled in PC Tune Up, it does not start up automaticaly when iTunes is accessed. All the other disabled start-up programs do activate when used with the exception of Bonjour. Can this be fixed so i don't have to go into Services and manually enable it every time I use iTunes? Thanks for any and all answers.
