Unfortuntely I can't send the Screenshot to you now.
As before I emailed for help here I used AVG Clear then reinstalled AVG Free program.
I can tell you it was an orange circle over the AVG Icon on the taskbar and as soon as it pops again will send you the screenshot.

This isn't the expected behavior.
Could you provide the (screenshot) of AVG icon where it shows as orange color?
You can post the screenshot here in your topic. Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.

Hi!
Have been having trouble with my AVF Free Anti virus program lately.
When I start my Computer and AVG Icon appears on Task bar an orange circle is there showing protection is disabled.
So I restart my Computer like it says to fix problem and it still appears after I reboot.
I've then used AVG Clear and reinstalled AVG Free program.
It goes alright for a day or so withou the Orange error Icon appearing then it returns again.
Don't know why this is happening or how I can fix it.
Was wondering if anyone can help me?

Hi!
Sorry to bother you again.
The Disabled Protection alert has popped up after 2 days of me using AVG Clear and reinstalling AVG.
This has been happeing to me over the past few months now and I don't know why.
I can't send a screen shot it's not letting me.
I can tell you over the AVG Icon on my Taskbar is an orange Circle with  !  in it.
And when I open AVG up a red message saying Protection is disabled  protection will automatically enabled after PC Start.
Was wondering if you could please hep as I can't seem to stop it from happening or fix it?

Cindy, this could be due to traces from older version of AVG is still present on your PC. We'd request you to run AVG Remover tool also along AVG Clear to remove the traces completely.
Click here for steps to download and run these tools.

Note: Run AVG Clear tool first.

Then re install AVG Free as per the instructions in this link.
