Disabled restart keeps on coming on? avg

The only way out was to uninstall the AVG and re install AVG but tried update many times and restarted the
computer many times nothing worked only thing worked was unstill and install again keeps on happening most of the times
when you switch off the computer and restart

Do you see 'Protection is disabled' message on the user interface of AVG Internet Security? If yes, please update both virus definitions and program (Open AVG > Menu > Settings > Update), restart your PC and verify the status.

yes 
since re install,  before at the top saying "disabled"  on the rest of the interface was all protected so which one should we believe, it is conflicting massages
at the top onsite massage from the bottom !
