Disabling avg security remotely

Hello Mike,

Let's work together to fix it. We request you to reboot your device in safe mode http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=How-to-reboot-your-computer-into-Safe-Mode and then uninstall AVG to check if it helps.

Else, you can uninstall recent windows update and check if BSOD gets fixed. Unfortunately, it's not possible to turn off Protection remotely when it occurs.

Can anyone tell me if i can disable avg security remotely?  Ihave a BSOD on my desktop and i believe the reason for this is during a windows 10 update the antivirus turned back on after my reboot but before the windows update was completed. Anyone out there with an answer please?
