Disabling programs with "Sleep"--- Also Update Wizard info

Could you please mention the name of the two program that couldn't put to sleep by AVG PC TuneUp?
Are you referring to the AVG PC TuneUp program update?
If yes, the update of PC TuneUp will be done automatically and it will be done only if there is an update available for it.

I click on "Sleep" but two items do not change.  Any ideas how make this work?

Also I understand the Update Wizard pushes out Tuneup updates automatically.
Is there any way to interact with the Update Wizard?   For example to see a list of updates?
Also to get an explanation of new capabilities added to Tuneup- is this possible?
