Disabling programs

I would like to stop AVG from disabling programs that normally run in the background. I can't find how to do that. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Thank you for your response. I would like to disable the feature on all of my computers, however, I am using my ASUS laptop.

Hello Garry,
Please be informed that the Background programs will be disabled by the AVG PC TuneUp program.
1. Please open your AVG PC TuneUp program.
2. Click on SpeedUp tab.
3. You could find Disable Background programs, please click on the Show option.
4. Enable the required disabled background programs.
