Disappointed with AVG SUPPORT, IGNORING ME

happy with AVG antivirus but about a week ago came up with message that pc slowed down by junk and dead links etc so done a scan as it suggested and there was a lot listed so decided t pay the £32 odd and it cleaned up what it said but after a reboot half of the apps and windows itself stopped functioning correctly, Google Chrome kept saying that all of the Building supplies  where I by my products from to conthin ue my business it kept saying that the sites where not secure, now these are businesses for bigger than AVG and ARE secure, went on another laptop and had to use that, problem is that AVG TUNEUP deleted sh ared DLL's and now I have to reinstall all the system and, history and files, 
I requested about 4 days later that I wanted a refund of the cost and since NOTHING
I NOW DONT TRUST AVG PRODUCTS AND WOULDN'T RECOMMEND ANYONE THAT IS CONSIDERING USING ANY OF THEIR PRODUCTS. I WANT MY MONEY BACK,
FAILING THAT THE MEDIAM REPORTING THEIR COMPANY WILL ALWA BY INTERESTED IN MASS BOBLICATION AND FAILINMGS, THEY THRIVE ON IT
Anyone know how to get them to respond to organise a refund, seems like all contact ie through AI autobots that don't work
