Disc Error when booting AVG Rescue Tool CD

I am trying to remove AVG using the rescue tool. Whenever I boot my laptop (Lenovo Ideapad z560) with either the USB or CD version of the rescue tool, I get a disc error and my laptop restarts the booting process. I have used the 120.160420 version for both cd and usb.

I have already confirmed that I set up both the USB and cd were bootable, but have nothing to show for it. Help?
