Hello Stephan,

I understand that you wish to disable automatic renewal for AVG Internet Security in your computer. If it is, please confirm the same, so we will disable this automatic renewal from my end now. I see from your record that you have active subscription of AVG Internet Security which is about to get renewed in your account.

I want to discharge my AVG products. But it is not possible as described in email.
My products were not listed.

Thank you for the confirmation. We have successfully cancelled the automatic renewal from your account and you will not be charged by AVG again.

Yes I want to discharge the the automatic reneval. I do not use AVG anymore.
