We sent you an e-mail including steps on how to collect AVG diagnostic information from your PC. Please follow those steps and send us the info to escalate it further. If the e-mail is not found in your inbox, do check your spam/junk folders as well.

my vpn is also disconnecting and trying to reconnect. I hope this problem can be solved. now the connection broke while writing it again.

I want to uninstal and reinstall the program. can you send emailed me for the steps to uninstall and reinstall the application.

I love avg vpn a lot, but it's bad to try to reconnect.

Trying to Reconnect on the Internet While Watching Video.

Hi,  I followed the instructions and steps. I uninstal AVG VPN and Reinstalled it. but still the same. 3-4 min after, Which Country I Connect to the Internet is Disconnected. and Trying to Reconnect.
