Disconnecting every 5 minute and reconnecting VPN

I apologize for the experience with AVG Secure VPN.

This might cause due to unstable internet connection with mobile hotspot.

Let's try re-installing AVG Secure VPN and check the same.

I have emailed you the steps to uninstall and reinstall the application. Please follow the steps and let us know the situation.

Hello! I used a trial version someday for testing, on trial version VPN worked excellently. But when I purchased a yearly plan. It started automatically disconnect about every 5-10 minutes and need to reconnect. I tried to change location to Taiwan, German, Singapore, Hongkong, Prague and some. But it doesn't work.  It there any solution for that? 

I use AVG VPN on my Laptop which runs Windows 10 and I use internet mobile phone Hotspot. I use a VPN in China.
